Zarlyk Alymov was born in the city of Frunze on November 24, 1953.
He began his career in law enforcement after graduating from the Karaganda Higher School of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the USSR in 1986, starting as a regular police officer-driver.
His service path includes the following stages:
- 1974-1975: police officer-driver of the medical detox service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Kyrgyz SSR;
- 1975-1976: police officer-driver of the traffic police of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Kyrgyz SSR;
- 1976-1979: inspector of road supervision of the traffic police department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Kyrgyz SSR;
- 1979-1980: assistant duty officer of the traffic police department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Kyrgyz SSR;
- 1980-1981: duty inspector of the traffic police department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Kyrgyz SSR;
- 1981-1985: senior duty inspector of the traffic police department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Kyrgyz SSR;
- 1985-1987: inspector of the traffic police department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Kyrgyz SSR;
- 1987-1991: senior inspector of the traffic police department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic;
- 1991-1995: head of the traffic police department of the Internal Affairs Directorate of Chui region;
- 1995-2001: head of the search and operational department of the traffic police of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic;
- 2001-2005: head of the search service of the traffic police of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic.
In retirement, he held the positions of chairman of the elders' court and deputy of the local kenesh in the village of Prigorodnoye, Chui region. He was also the chairman of the veterans' council of the traffic police department of the Main Internal Affairs Directorate of Chui region.
Zarlyk Alymov was awarded numerous departmental awards from both the Ministry of Internal Affairs and other organizations.
The funeral ceremony will take place on November 29, 2025, at 12:00 in the village of Prigorodnoye, at the address: 64 Mayakovsky Street.
