From 1952 to 1953, he worked as an assistant to the first secretary of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of the Kyrgyz SSR, Ishak Razzakov.
From 1953 to 1954, he served as the deputy in the Issyk-Kul regional agricultural administration.
From 1955 to 1957, he headed the main department of the Ministry of Local Industry.
From 1957 to 1960, he was the head of the main department in the Sovnarkhoz.
From 1961 to 1963, he worked as vice-rector of the Kyrgyz National University.
From 1963 to 1965, he managed the Ton butter factory, as well as the butter factories in Pokrovsk and Jeti-Oguz.
From 1965 to 1971, he was involved with the Maylisay oil refinery, the gas plant, and the collective farms of Frunze and Ak-Suu.
From 1975 to 1986, he worked at the branch of the USSR NPT center.
From 1985 to 1987, he headed the Lenin state farm located in the Issyk-Kul region.
He also led the public association "Center of NPT," which focused on the scientific organization of labor in agriculture.
Jolaliev was awarded the Honorary Certificate of the USSR and the Transitioning Red Banner of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of the Soviet Union and the All-Union Central Council of Trade Unions, and he was nominated for the title of Hero for developing the system of economic contract brigade work within the framework of the All-Union socialist competition.
