Filippov Nikolai Andrianovich
Doctor of Technical Sciences, Professor. Born in 1927. Graduated in 1952 from the Electromechanical Faculty of the Leningrad Institute of Aviation Instrument Engineering.
He worked at the Department of "Applied Mathematics and Informatics" of the Kyrgyz State Technical University named after Razakov.
His research was related to the development of discrete devices. He is one of the developers of an electronic device for measuring the Earth's radiation belts using satellites. He commissioned the first domestic telemechanics device at the cascade of the Alamedin Hydroelectric Power Stations.
For his significant contributions and inventive activities, he was awarded the Great Silver Medal of the VDNH of the USSR for his work in the field of telemechanics of irrigation systems in the Kyrgyz SSR.
He has published more than 48 scientific articles in the field of telemechanics and 10 scientific reports, and is the author of 26 inventions.
