The new first deputy was introduced to the staff on December 15 by the akim of the Panfilov district, Bekmaat Masaidov.
Aibek Mambetkaziev was born on December 6, 1984, in the Zhambyl region of Kazakhstan. He is a family man and raises four children.
In 2011, he graduated from the Kyrgyz Agrarian University named after I.K. Skryabin, earning a degree as a veterinarian. In 2014, he also completed his studies at the Kyrgyz State Academy of Physical Culture and Sports.
Work Experience
- From 2011 to 2016, he worked as a veterinarian in the Kara-Bulak rural administration of the Kemin district;
- From 2016 to 2019, he held various positions at the Kemin District Children and Youth Sports School, including coach, deputy director, and director;
- From 2019 to 2024, he served as the acting responsible secretary and head of the Kara-Bulak rural administration of the Kemin district;
- Since 2024, he has been leading the Kichi-Kemin rural administration of the Kemin district.
