In 1994, he completed his studies at secondary school No. 2 named after V.P. Chkalov and immediately enrolled in Bishkek Humanities University, where he graduated from the Faculty of Kyrgyz and Russian Languages in 1999, becoming a teacher of the Russian language and literature.
In addition to his primary education, in 2010 he completed the program “Engaging Youth in State and Municipal Service” at the President’s Academy, and from 2019 to 2021, he obtained a master's degree in "Pedagogical Education" in Birobidzhan, Russia.
Dıykanbaev began his career in 1999 at secondary school No. 8, after which he held various positions: teacher, deputy director, and director at several educational institutions. From 2014 to 2019, he led school No. 5, and from 2019 to 2025, he has been the head of school No. 10.
It is also worth noting that in 2013–2014, he was actively involved in educational work, and in 2023–2024, he served as a coach in STEM and innovative technologies. Additionally, from 2021 to 2022, he was a deputy of the Naryn City Council.
