He entered the education sector in 2022, aiming to instill in his students an interest in an active and healthy lifestyle. With two specialties, he has achieved significant success in his profession, becoming well-known at the national level.
“I was born in 1985 in the village of Toguz-Bulak. After graduating from school in 2003, I enrolled in the Issyk-Kul State University named after K. Tynystanov, where I received a diploma in physical education in 2008. I began my career in the sports department of the city administration of Karakol. From 2010 to 2013, I studied accounting, and then returned to my native village, where I took the position of responsible secretary of the village council. In 2016, I temporarily served as the head of the Toguz-Bulak village council, and from 2017 to 2021, I was its head. In 2022, I started teaching at the J. Asanaliev School, where I am responsible for pre-conscription training and physical education,” Kadyrov said.
He also shared his experience participating in the "Teacher of the Year" competition:
“I was nominated for the competition by my colleagues. I successfully passed the district, then the regional, and then the national stages. Understanding that the competition at the national level would be tough, I specifically prepared during the summer. After testing, I advanced further and demonstrated my skills during an open lesson, which was evaluated based on teaching mastery and athletic abilities. As a result, I took 8th place among 21 participants and received the title of 'Teacher of the Year.' I consider this victory a collective achievement not only of my own but also of my colleagues, students, and fellow villagers.
As a reward, I was presented with certificates: 500,000 soms from the president, 300,000 soms from the government’s authorized representative in the region, 50,000 soms from the district authorities, and 20,000 soms from the village council. Additionally, I was awarded the badge of honor 'El Sıymığı' and certificates from the regional education institute.”
Asylbek is the father of six children: five daughters and a son.
He emphasized that he strives to raise youth who will be passionate about sports and adhere to a healthy lifestyle.
“When there is support in the family, work becomes easier. All my successes are due to my wife, who helps me, raises the children, and contributes to my development. In the future, I hope to raise a generation that will glorify our village, defend the honor of the country, and avoid negative paths. Currently, excellent conditions are being created in the education sector, and our school has everything necessary for sports activities. Although the teaching profession requires a lot of effort, I believe that loving your job is one of the most honorable and respected paths,” Asylbek added.
