Ismailova, born on July 14, 1982, in the village of Ak-Bulun (Ak-Suu District, Issyk-Kul Region), currently lives with her family in Toguz-Bulak, located in the Tyup District. In an interview with a Turmush correspondent, she shared her story.
She first completed her studies at the Karakol Pedagogical College and then obtained a higher education at the I. Arabaev Kyrgyz State University, majoring in "Pedagogy." Becoming an elementary school teacher, Aizada says, "I chose this profession myself. Working with children and imparting knowledge to them is a great joy for me. My love for pedagogy and my childhood dream became the foundation of my choice. I have been in this profession for over 20 years. In the learning process, I use games and interactive tasks, creative methods, and discussions."
The teacher places great importance on each of her students, striving to make lessons interesting and accessible. "I am proud of my students' achievements, who have repeatedly won prizes in the 'Bilimkana' competitions and Olympiads. These accomplishments are the result of my hard work. Personally, I also participated in the essay contest 'Birinchi muгалим' ('First Teacher'), organized by a public foundation, and received several certificates. Recently, I completed the 'Sanarip muгалим' (Digital Teacher) course and was awarded a badge of distinction, watches, a certificate for 72 hours, and a trip to Almaty, where I have already had the chance to visit," she added.
Funny moments sometimes happen during classes. One of them occurred when Aizada was explaining to her students that the Earth is round. One of the little ones, looking at her in surprise, asked, "Auntie, won't we fall then?" This moment became a source of laughter for the whole class, and Aizada still remembers it.
In her free time, Aizada enjoys spending time with her family, reading, and engaging in handicrafts. In the future, she intends to continue developing in her profession, mastering new methodologies, and remaining a modern teacher who meets the demands of the time. "I strive to provide my students with deep knowledge and raise them as responsible citizens who love their homeland," she shared.
Aizada Ismailova is a proud mother of one daughter and three sons.
