Lidia Dmitrievna Amiralieva, a distinguished teacher of the Kyrgyz Republic, passed away at the age of 77, reports Turmush correspondent.

Throughout her 55-year teaching career, she made a significant contribution to the development of education.

Since the opening of the Batken Regional Boarding School (gymnasium) in 1993 until her last day, she worked at this school.

Lidia Amiralieva actively implemented modern teaching methods and shared her experience, which proved to be in demand throughout the country. Her articles were published in the republican methodological journal "Teaching Russian Language and Literature in Kyrgyz Schools" and were also distributed as posters at the regional level.

Her achievements were recognized by her participation in 1988 as a delegate at the All-Union Congress of Teachers. Students who studied under her guidance consistently took prize places at republican and regional Olympiads. In 2010, she was awarded the title "Honored Teacher of the KR" for her outstanding work in the field of education.
