In the Naryn region, in the Jumgal district, the positions of heads of two rural administrations remain vacant.

The head of the rural administration of Min-Kush, Almaz Abdildaev, left his post about two months ago, and a suitable staffing solution has not yet been found, leaving this position unfilled.

Additionally, on December 11 of this year, the head of the rural administration of Tugol-Sai, Rita Bayalieva, was relieved of her duties.

Almaz Orozbekovich Abdildaev, who previously held the position of head of the rural administration of Min-Kush, was born in 1975 in the village of Kayyndy-Bulak, located in the Ak-Tala district. He has a higher education, having graduated from the Kyrgyz State University of Architecture and Construction with a degree in engineering.

– From 1998 to 2000, he served in the Armed Forces of the Kyrgyz Republic;

– From 2000 to 2002, he worked in the peasant farm "Il-Komir";

– From 2002 to 2010, he engaged in individual entrepreneurial activities;

– From 2010 to 2011, he worked as an inspector-master at the municipal enterprise "Tazalyk";

– From 2011 to 2013, he was a deputy of the Bayet rural council;

– In 2013, he became the deputy head of the Bayet rural administration;

– From 2014 to February 2021, he headed the rural administration of Kyzyl-Beles;

– From April to July 2021, he was again a deputy of the Bayet rural council;

– From 2021 to 2023, he held the position of head of the Bayet rural administration;

– Since May 2023, he has been the head of the rural administration of Togolok-Moldo.

He holds the status of a 3rd class municipal service advisor.
