According to local administration information, Iskatov died on December 24. He lived in the village of Ak-Chiy.
The farewell ceremony will take place on December 26 in the deceased's native village.
Tukhash Iskatov was born in 1950 in the village of Kok-Terek, located in the Tekes district of the People's Republic of China. In 1967, he completed his education at the secondary school in the village of Sokolovka and then obtained higher education at the Kyrgyz Agricultural Institute named after K. Skryabin.
From 1968 to 1970, Iskatov served in the Soviet Army in Vladivostok, RSFSR.
After his service, from 1970 to 1975, he worked as a driver at the Dzherzhinsky state farm. Then, from 1975 to 1981, he held the position of livestock technician in the first brigade of the same state farm. From 1981 to 1989, Iskatov was the foreman of the second brigade of the state farm.
In 1989-1990, he headed the Sokolovsky village council, and from 1990 to 1996, he worked as the chief livestock technician at the Dzherzhinsky state farm. From 1996 to 1997, Iskatov led the united peasant farm "Kachybek," after which, from 1997 to 2001, he became the head of the Ak-Chiy ayil okmotu.
From 2004 to 2006, he served as the first deputy head of the Ak-Suu district state administration, and from 2007 to 2010, he worked as the head of the regional pasture management of the Issyk-Kul region.
Tukhash Iskatov was a deputy of the ayil kenesh five times and once of the district kenesh. He was awarded the title of "Honorary Citizen of the Ak-Suu District," as well as the titles of "Daanishman of the Issyk-Kul Region" and "Excellence in Agriculture of the Kyrgyz Republic," not to mention departmental awards from the Ministry of Agriculture of the Kyrgyz Republic.
