He was born on January 25, 1964, in Przhevalsk. In 1981, he graduated from the Nurzhanov Secondary School in the village of Zhon-Aryk, and from 1982 to 1984, he served in the ranks of the Soviet Army. In 1984, he enrolled in the pharmaceutical faculty of the Kyrgyz State Medical Institute, which he completed in 1989, obtaining a diploma as a pharmacist.
He began his professional career at Pharmacy No. 12 in the city of Talas, where he worked as an intern-pharmacist from 1988 to 1990. From 1990 to 1991, he worked at Pharmacy No. 381 in the city of Kemin, from 1991 to 1995 in Kazakhstan, and from 1997 to 2003 in military unit No. 03884 in Osh.
Since January 19, 2004, he held the position of head of Pharmacy No. 339 at the Talas Regional Unified Hospital.
He was also a reserve military officer with the rank of major and was awarded numerous honors.
