According to law enforcement data, the incident occurred on January 6 on T. Baizakov Street, in the area of apartment buildings. One of the local residents reported to the police that his Chevrolet Spark, parked near his home, had been stolen by unknown individuals.
After registering this incident, operational search activities were initiated. As a result, on January 8, officers from the Manas District Internal Affairs Department were able to detain the suspect, a resident of Manas named M. U. A., born in 2011. He was taken to the investigative operational group.
Currently, investigative actions are ongoing.
