According to information received from the press service of the Traffic Police Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Chui Region, the incident occurred on December 2, 2026, at around 18:10. At that time, the driver of a "Honda Stepwgn" was traveling north on 50 Years of Kyrgyzstan Street in the village of Belovodskoye.
During the course of the movement, he hit a pedestrian, a resident identified as I.S.M., born in 1985, and then left the scene of the accident. Officers from the Moscow District Police Department, who were conducting operational-search activities, soon detained the suspect — A.A.A., also born in 1985. He was handed over to the investigative authorities.
The "Honda Stepwgn" was placed in a towing lot.
