According to available information, a young man named I.B., born in 2008, lost control of his "Toyota Camry," which led to the accident. As a result of the incident, a passenger in the car, 14-year-old S.B. from the Kara-Suu district, died at the scene.
An investigation is currently underway to clarify all the details of what happened.
It should be noted that earlier, on November 27, 2025, there was also an incident in Osh involving a teenager who was driving a car without a license. At that time, two pedestrians died, and two more people were hospitalized with injuries.
