The incident took place on December 15 at 18:30 on the 64th kilometer of the Bishkek — Kara-Balta highway, near Jaiyl Batyr Street.
According to preliminary data, the pedestrian was on the crosswalk when he was struck by a passing vehicle. Unfortunately, he did not survive the injuries and died at the scene.
According to information, the deceased is likely a young man around 25 years old, with Asian features. Work is currently underway to establish his identity.
An investigation is being conducted to clarify all the circumstances of the incident.
