As part of the investigation under Article 128, Part 1 ("Incitement to Suicide") of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic, the platoon commander, Lieutenant R.u.A. from the Department of Protection and Escort of the State Penitentiary Service, was placed in the temporary detention facility of the Manas Police Department.
Earlier in this case, a serviceman M.M., born in 2006, was detained.
