On December 15, 2025, a resident of the village of Kara-Zhyjach, born in 1966, A. A., approached the internal affairs department of the Alamudun district. He reported that in November 2024, E. U., having gained his trust under the pretext of jointly conducting business, deceitfully took possession of 600,000 soms and disappeared.
After registering this incident, a criminal case was initiated under Article 209 "Fraud" of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.
On January 3, 2026, as a result of operational search activities, police officers were able to establish the whereabouts of the suspect. He was detained in accordance with Article 96 of the Criminal Procedure Code of the Kyrgyz Republic and placed in a temporary detention facility. The district court decided on a preventive measure in the form of detention for a period of two months.
