Vice Mayor Victoria Mozgacheva, representatives of law enforcement agencies, and district administrations participated in the event. Among the invited guests were police major and investigator of the Ministry of Internal Affairs Nurgul Isakova, deputy head of the Oktyabrsky District Department of Internal Affairs Jenishbek Abykanov, deputy head of the Leninsky District Department of Internal Affairs Erkin Tynaliev, social worker of the public association "Children's Protection Center" Talai Jakypov, and representative of the Main Department of Internal Affairs Aliskhan Akylbekov.
Psychologists presented brief recommendations on the peculiarities of child psychology and methods of interaction with children, after which a training session was conducted for the meeting participants.
The main goal of the event was to prevent offenses among teenagers and to raise parents' awareness of modern risks related to children's safety. The deputy mayor discussed issues of minors' responsibility, family-school interaction, and measures to prevent youth involvement in illegal activities.
Law enforcement representatives emphasized the importance of timely responses to changes in children's behavior, the necessity of parental control, and active family participation in the educational process. Special attention was given to the significance of schools and interagency cooperation in ensuring the safety of the younger generation.
At the end of the dialogue, participants noted the importance of such meetings, which contribute to raising legal awareness among parents and creating a safe environment for children.
