According to information from the Sverdlovsk akimat, a presentation was made during the event based on the results of a study conducted using an international questionnaire. Parents were explained the goals of this research, methods of preventive work in schools, and the importance of early detection of potential risks.
At the meeting, dog handlers also spoke, demonstrating the work of service dogs and discussing methods for preventing and detecting prohibited substances among minors.
Additionally, the following topics were discussed:
- “Skills for recognizing warning signs of psychoactive substance use among adolescents for timely response”;
- “Methods of constructive communication with adolescents”.
At the end of the meeting, parents were advised to pay attention to their children's emotional state, maintain trusting relationships, and actively engage with the school and the territorial administration.
