In the capital of Kyrgyzstan, Bishkek, a meeting took place where representatives of the State Customs Service of the country met with businessmen from Turkey. The main focus was on the development of trade and economic relations and the simplification of customs procedures, as reported by the press service of the Customs Service.
Almaz Saliev, the chairman of the Customs Service, answered numerous questions from entrepreneurs regarding the application of customs legislation, cargo clearance times, the operation of digital services, and upcoming measures to ease procedures. He noted that the agency is open to dialogue and ready to respond quickly to business inquiries.
During the discussion, issues related to bilateral trade, logistics, electronic data exchange, and cooperation with regulatory authorities were also considered. Meeting participants emphasized the need to reduce administrative barriers and create comfortable conditions for foreign economic activity.
All attendees expressed confidence that such meeting formats contribute to building trust and developing effective solutions for enhancing economic relations between Kyrgyzstan and Turkey.
