According to the agency's information, on December 29, 2025, at 04:00, a video appeared online showing minors driving a car on the streets of Karakol without driver's licenses.
“The inspector from the Traffic Safety Department of Karakol immediately took measures that allowed for the identification of both the teenagers and the vehicle. As a result of the inspection, a fine was imposed on the vehicle owner in accordance with the law,” the statement clarifies.
Additionally, the teenagers involved in this incident were registered with the juvenile affairs inspection of the Karakol City Department of Internal Affairs. Explanatory conversations were held with their parents,” the agency added.
