According to Article 114, which concerns "Violations of landscaping rules," the cinema's management was held administratively responsible for failing to comply with greening standards. The total amount of the fine was 13,000 soms.
The "Kosmos" cinema, which opened its doors earlier this year after renovations, had been in disrepair since the collapse of the Soviet Union, as the building was constructed in 1973 and had not been operational for many years.
