The bailiff service provides updated information on the process of demolishing illegally constructed buildings on Popova Street, 26 in Bishkek.
According to the agency, the enforcement order requiring the debtor, K. daughter of Y., to dismantle the illegal structures and return the land plot to its original state was received by the bailiff of the Pervomaisky District Court and accepted for enforcement in the established manner.
The debtor was offered to voluntarily comply with the court's decision, with an explanation of their rights and the possible consequences of non-compliance; however, they did not fulfill the requirements.
Bailiffs, including T.B.S., A.E.Sh., and later S.E.I., K.A.D., and S.A.K., successively took measures to implement the court's decision. However, the demolition process was temporarily suspended due to the consideration of complaints in the judicial instances, but subsequently, actions were resumed based on the legally binding court acts.
All interested parties and city services were notified in advance about the start of the work, which was carried out in the presence of the bailiff, with the process being documented and in compliance with all legal norms.
The dismantling was temporarily suspended for technical reasons and rescheduled for a later date. The bailiff service emphasizes that all actions are carried out strictly in accordance with the law and based on the valid court decision. The enforcement of court acts remains the obligation of the Service, and it will continue to take measures until the court's decision is fully executed.
