In the city of Kant, Maslenitsa was celebrated

In the Chui region, in the city of Kant, Maslenitsa took place, as reported by representatives of the city hall.

Local residents and guests gathered to say goodbye to winter and welcome the long-awaited spring. The celebration featured folk games, performances with songs and dances, as well as a variety of treats. The main delicacy of the festival was hot pancakes.

The event was attended by Vice Mayor Ulan Kadyrov and many city residents.
