As of today, February 23, a ceremony was held in Manas for the handover of keys to mortgage apartments to 167 military personnel. This was reported by the Ministry of Defense.
The event was attended by the commander of the Southwestern Operational Command, Samat Seydaliev.
The apartments were built with the support of the State Mortgage Company.
It is worth noting that earlier, on October 1, 2025, more than 40 military personnel in Karakol also received new housing under the mortgage program for a multi-story building.
