In Bishkek, a ceremony was held for laying a capsule for new residential complexes, attended by the Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers Adylbek Kasymaliev. This was reported by the government of the Kyrgyz Republic.

The project is being implemented by the State Mortgage Company OJSC.

During his speech at the capsule laying event for the "Tian-Shan Bermeti" residential complex, Kasymaliev emphasized that the construction sector of the country is actively developing and expressed confidence that the new residential complexes will be an important step in the city's development.

"The complex includes 11 blocks ranging from 23 to 34 stories. These buildings will not only enrich the architectural appearance of the city but will also meet modern standards. The new residential complex will stand out not only for its functionality but also for its unique architectural expressiveness. Modern design and harmonious planning will create an attractive urban environment, making this project one of the most beautiful and prestigious in Bishkek. In the future, the complex will become a bright landmark and symbol of the city," he added.

The project includes 11 blocks, which will provide 1,281 apartments with a total area of 80,958 m².

Additionally, Kasymaliev also laid a capsule for the "Tengir-Tuu Zharigy" residential complex, which will consist of 4 blocks with heights of 19 and 34 stories, totaling 1,064 apartments.

"A distinctive feature of this project will be the presence of a modern shopping center and a national hotel complex. The shopping center will meet the needs of local residents, while the hotel will connect the cultural heritage of the Kyrgyz people with modern architectural solutions, giving the area a unique atmosphere," he emphasized.
