At the opening ceremony of the "Tian-Shan Bermeti" complex, Kasymaliev noted the significant growth of the construction sector in the country and expressed hope that the new facilities would serve as an important stimulus for the further development of the capital.
He reported that the residential complex will consist of 11 blocks ranging from 23 to 34 stories high, adding that such buildings will not only enrich the city but also meet modern architectural standards.
“This residential complex will stand out not only for its practicality but also for its outstanding architectural style. Its modern design, aesthetic forms, and harmonious urban planning will make it one of the most beautiful and prestigious properties in our city. In the future, it will become an important landmark, memorable and symbolic,” he noted.
Kasymaliev also emphasized that the complex will include a modern shopping center and a hotel, designed in a national style.
“The shopping center will meet the everyday needs of residents and offer opportunities for recreation. The hotel will combine the cultural heritage of the Kyrgyz people with modern architectural solutions, which will give the area uniqueness and attractiveness,” he added.
