She noted that the implementation of a residential complex has begun at the intersection of Ankara and Dostoevsky streets, which will consist of ten 35-story and four 40-story buildings. In total, the complex will have 4,160 apartments, as well as a three-level underground parking lot, sports and children's playgrounds for the convenience of residents.
Gulzat Totubaeva also answered a question regarding the possibility of constructing such tall buildings in Bishkek, emphasizing that the project fully complies with all seismic safety requirements. All structures and calculations adhere to unified standards, which alleviates citizens' concerns about their safety.
She added that quality control of construction is carried out at several stages.
“The State Mortgage Company has its own construction department that conducts constant monitoring of the quality of building construction. In addition, the process involves the presidential administration and Kyrgyzstroyservice, which acts as the general contractor,” concluded Gulzat Totubaeva.
