In the Alamedin district, in the village of Baytik, a ceremony was held to lay a capsule symbolizing the start of the construction of a multifunctional agro-industrial complex. This was reported by the Ministry of Water Resources, Agriculture, and Processing Industry.

Bakyt Torobaev, Deputy Prime Minister and head of the Ministry of Water Resources and Agriculture, noted that this project is being implemented in accordance with the president's policy aimed at supporting agriculture and ensuring the country's food security.

The complex is being built based on an investment agreement between JSC "Kyrgyz Agroholding" and the South Korean company DOD, which has invested 12 million dollars in the project.

The new complex will utilize modern shock freezing technology at a temperature of -35 degrees, which is a novelty for Kyrgyzstan. This technology will allow:
According to Bakyt Torobaev, the implementation of this project will create new opportunities for the sale of farmers' products, ensure technological renewal in the industry, enhance export potential, improve the investment climate, and contribute to the development of the agro-industrial complex of the republic.
