On February 21, the Minister of Transport and Communications, Talantbek Soltobaev, made a working trip to the Issyk-Kul region, as reported by the press service of the relevant ministry.
During the visit, the minister assessed the progress of the reconstruction of the Balykchy — Bokonbaev — Karakol highway, checking sections from 87 to 140 km, including work on the bridges.
Additionally, Talantbek Soltobaev visited the construction site of the bypass road in Cholpon-Ata, where work is currently underway to widen the roadway.
Following the inspection, the minister instructed to accelerate construction work with the onset of the season and ensure its quality and timely completion.
