The Department for Land Use Control of the Bishkek City Hall issued a notification regarding the need for the voluntary dismantling of the extension that was built for the café LLC "Oriental" at 45 Karalaeva Street. According to the city hall, the main structure of the café is located on private land; however, the extension was constructed on municipal territory, which is outside of private ownership, and did not have the necessary permits. The dimensions of this structure are 9 meters in width and 27 meters in length, and it is situated over the "Alamedin" river.
The café owner received a notification about the dismantling. In response, the company provided a receipt for the payment for the use of municipal land in the amount of 330,000 soms, dated June 13, 2024. Additionally, the owner submitted a guarantee obligation for the voluntary demolition of the extension. Currently, the dismantling work is ongoing.
