During a live broadcast on Birinchi Radio, the head of the sales department of the State Mortgage Company (GMC), Kylchbek Keldibekov, spoke about the process of obtaining apartments under the quota conditions for state institutions involved in construction.
Keldibekov explained that in order to receive apartments, these bodies or institutions must provide the GMC with a land plot or financial resources.
“We can allocate up to 20% of the total number of construction projects on a quota basis for those state bodies and institutions that participate in construction and have transferred land plots or funds to us. However, it should be noted that such apartments are intended only for citizens who are on the waiting list under the GMC programs ‘My Home,’ including ‘Preferential Mortgage,’ ‘Affordable Mortgage,’ and ‘Social Mortgage,’” he added.
Among the organizations that previously contributed to construction, Keldibekov highlighted the Penal Enforcement Service, the Ministry of Defense, and the Border Service.
