As a result of the inspection conducted on February 26, malfunctions were found in the technical condition of several buses, which led to their temporary suspension from operation.
According to information provided by the Bishkek city administration, several buses also require re-washing, as their appearance does not meet established cleanliness standards.
The Department of Transport and Development of Road Transport Infrastructure conducted a scheduled inspection of the sanitary and technical condition of the buses of the municipal enterprise "Bishkek City Transport" before the start of the morning routes.
In addition, due to inadequate control over the technical condition and the lack of necessary checks on public transport stencils, some inspecting mechanics received warnings, and the mechanic of the fleet faced disciplinary action.
