The raid was organized by the district internal affairs department, which focused on the safety of children during the holy month of Ramadan. During the operation, the police worked to identify minors who were participating in the "Jaramazan" chants or attending tarawih prayers alone at late hours without adult supervision.
The main goal of these activities was to raise legal awareness among youth, as well as to prevent crimes committed by teenagers and to explain the consequences of offenses.
During the raid, special attention was paid to places where young people gather in large numbers: central and peripheral streets, parks, squares, sports grounds, and computer clubs.
As a result of the raid, 10 teenagers were identified who were on the streets at night without legal representatives. Protocols were drawn up against their parents and close relatives, and administrative fines were imposed in accordance with the Code of Offenses. Conversations were held with the legal representatives of the minors about the inadmissibility of children being on the streets at night.
