On February 26, a working meeting took place at the authorized representative office of the president of the region, where issues related to the preparation for spring fieldwork and the conduct of the agricultural census were discussed.
Under the leadership of the first deputy head of the Osh region, Ilyaz Tashbaev, the meeting was attended by heads of various departments of the regional administration, first deputy heads of district state administrations, as well as heads of the water management and agricultural development departments.
The following key points were considered at the meeting:
— preparation for spring work in 2026;
— providing farmers with quality seeds, subsidized fuel and lubricants, and necessary equipment;
— implementation of resolutions adopted by the Cabinet of Ministers.
Issues related to the preparation for the agricultural census were also discussed, and the need to strengthen local control was raised.
