During unscheduled inspections conducted on February 27 in preschool institutions in Bishkek, serious financial violations were identified. The inspection was led by Deputy Mayor Viktoria Mozgacheva, who visited kindergartens No. 70 and No. 111.
According to information received from the relevant authorities, instances of financial discipline violations were discovered during the inspection.
In particular, in preschool institution No. 70, it was clearly demonstrated that the payment for meals was being accepted through mobile transfers to the personal account of one of the employees. This contradicts the legislation, which stipulates that all funds must be deposited only into the official settlement account of the institution. As a result of the inspection, the responsible employee was dismissed, and the director received a disciplinary sanction for insufficient control and violations in the organization of meals.
As for preschool institution No. 111, facts of food theft were uncovered. A hidden box with products intended for illegal removal was found in one of the rooms, and violations of nutritional standards were also identified. All inspection materials will be forwarded to law enforcement agencies, and necessary measures will be taken against the violators.
The authorities intend to continue unscheduled inspections on a systematic basis to prevent violations of sanitary norms and to ensure transparency, legality, and safety in the capital's preschool educational institutions.
