The farewell ceremony took place on March 1 in Razzakov.
Mukhtar Khudaiberdiev was born on May 15, 1952, in Suluktu and graduated successfully from the Faculty of Industrial and Civil Engineering of the Frunze Polytechnic Institute in 1976.
His life was dedicated to many years of work in construction and key government positions:
- From 1976 to 1979, he started as a foreman and then became a site manager at the Kadamjai Mine Construction Administration of the "Oshstroy" trust.
- From 1979 to 1983, he served as the deputy director of the interschool training and production complex in Frunze.
- From 1983 to 1985, he headed the interschool vocational training center in the village of Haidarken and performed a number of other functions.
- From 2000 to 2002, he held the position of head of the organizational work and local self-government department in the Batken Regional State Administration.
- From 2002 to 2008, he worked as the deputy akim of the Leilek District.
- From 2008 to 2011, he was the chairman of the Leilek District Kenesh.
- Since 2020 until the last days of his life, he headed the Council of Veterans (Elders) of the Leilek District.
