A new building for the urban planning and architecture department has been opened in the At-Bashinsky district.
According to the Ministry of Construction, the new two-story administrative building, covering an area of 200 square meters, includes a meeting room, waiting area, archive, reception, "one-stop shop" zone, and technical premises. The construction was carried out in compliance with modern standards, ensuring comfortable working conditions for employees and convenient service for citizens.
The construction of the administrative building began in July 2025 and was financed from the ministry's internal resources.
The opening ceremony was attended by the Minister of Construction Nurdin Oruntaev, local government officials, architects, and residents of the district.
In his speech, the minister emphasized that the new building represents not only an administrative facility but also a significant step in improving the architectural environment of the region. The project features a harmonious combination of functionality and aesthetics, creating modern conditions for productive and creative work for specialists.
As part of the event, seedlings of coniferous trees were also planted on the territory of the new department.
Previously, the department's employees were located in a building constructed in 1952, which was originally intended for residential purposes.
