In the Issyk-Kul region, in Cholpon-Ata, a ceremonial opening of a new administrative building for the architecture and urban planning management took place. The event was attended by Nurdana Oruntaeva, the Minister of Construction, Architecture, and Housing and Communal Services, as well as representatives of local authorities and city residents.
The Minister emphasized that the new building will significantly improve working conditions in the urban planning sector of the region and enhance the quality of services provided to citizens. He also noted that modernizing infrastructure is a key priority for the ministry.
Construction began in June 2025. The two-story building has a total area of 288 square meters and includes a conference hall, waiting room, archive and technical rooms, as well as a reception area with a "single window" service.
The building meets modern standards and creates comfortable conditions for employees, as well as convenient opportunities for citizens. At the end of the event, participants planted seedlings of juniper on the premises.
It is worth noting that similar architecture management buildings were previously constructed in the Tyup district and the city of Balakchy.
