According to the district prosecutor's office, the previous administrative building was built in 1952. Since it had become outdated and was in an emergency state, in 2021, the Department of Urban Planning and Architecture of the Naryn region issued a technical conclusion stating that the structure was in an emergency condition, would not withstand earthquakes, and was unsuitable for further use. As a result, there arose a need to construct a new building.
In 2025, funds were allocated from the republican budget, and a tender was announced for the construction of the new building. Following the tender, the limited liability company "STRiM GROUP" won the contract for the amount of 16 million 500 thousand soms and is currently actively carrying out construction work.
The new two-story building will include 9 office rooms, a restroom, a reception area, a garage for vehicles, a storage room, a parking lot, green areas, and other necessary facilities.
