Construction of the public cultural center in Kara-Kuldja continues

In the Kara-Kulja district of the Osh region, the creation of a public cultural center is progressing at an active pace. The project is being funded by the Stabilization Fund, which has allocated 150 million soms for its implementation.

According to information from the Ministry of Construction, construction work began on July 7, 2025. Currently, finishing works are actively being carried out inside the building, as well as the decoration of the facade and landscaping of the adjacent area. The site where the center is being built covers an area of 3,986.97 square meters.

According to the project, the new three-story building with a basement will include a cinema, a gym, office spaces for service organizations and bank branches, as well as a conference hall. The project also includes a parking lot for visitors.
