In accordance with the directive signed by the Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic, Adylbek Kasymaliev, a rotation of the heads of four departments under the Ministry of Construction, Architecture, and Housing and Communal Services was carried out.
According to the press service of the ministry, this event took place under the leadership of Minister Nurdana Oruntaev with the participation of his deputies and ministry staff.
As a result of the changes:
- Ernazarbek Suerkulov was relieved of his position as Director of the State Architectural and Construction Control Department and appointed as Director of the State Expertise Department.
- Maratbek Aknazarov, who previously held the position of Director of the State Expertise Department, will now head the State Architectural and Construction Control Department.
- Islan Momokonov left his post as Director of the Housing and Civil Construction Department and is now the Director of the Engineering Surveys Department.
Bolot Cholponbaev was relieved of his position as Director of the Engineering Surveys Department and appointed as the new Director of the Housing and Civil Construction Department.
Minister Oruntaev emphasized that the personnel rotation is aimed at optimizing the use of human resources, improving the management system, enhancing the exchange of experience, and increasing the quality of the ministry's work.
