The Ministry of Justice of the Kyrgyz Republic has announced the launch of the mobile application "Electronic Notary" in test mode.
With this application, users will be able to perform various notarial procedures in electronic format. The available services include certifying the consent of parents and legal representatives for the departure of minors abroad, consent for registration at the place of residence, as well as obtaining and renouncing citizenship. It will also be possible to certify powers of attorney for representation in government agencies, customs clearance, and obtaining documents.
It is important to note that notarial actions using this application will be available for both individuals and legal entities, whether they are in Kyrgyzstan or outside its borders, provided that national legislation and international agreements are adhered to.
The application can be downloaded from the Play Market, and it will soon be available in the App Store as well.
