A pumpkin-shaped cake and treats were gifts for the Malayan bear Masha, who celebrated her birthday at the Moscow Zoo, reports RIA Novosti.
“On February 24, Masha celebrated her second birthday. The zoologists prepared two gifts for her: a pumpkin cake and a mysterious box. The cake was decorated in a Native American style, resembling a totem pole, and was made of pumpkin, carrot, apple, pear, and orange. The mysterious box was filled with fragrant hay and also contained a bundle of craft paper with honey, peanuts, prunes, and dried apricots,” the report states.

At first, only Masha was allowed to the treats. After she explored the cake and played with the box, other bears — Luchik and Zvezdochka — joined her.
