Attending the celebration were the akim of the Nooken district, Talai Ishenbekov, residents of the district, employees of local institutions and enterprises, as well as active representatives of the public.
The central moment of the celebration was a walking procession, where participants proudly carried national symbols towards the main square, demonstrating unity and patriotism.
In his speech, the akim emphasized that the ak kalpak is a sacred symbol of the Kyrgyz people, serving as an object of national pride and a valuable heritage of their ancestors. He also spoke about the significance of the state flag and its history.
During the event, the flag of Kyrgyzstan was ceremoniously raised in the central square, and a cultural program took place, creating a festive atmosphere.
