Alakshukur Ibragimovich was born in 1951.
He began his professional journey in 1975, working as a teacher at the Sosnovskaya Secondary School located in the Kalinin District.
Throughout his career, he held various positions, including school director and director of vocational school No. 35, as well as head of the education department of the Kalinin District. Additionally, he served as the chairman of the Sosnovsky village council and led the Sosnovsky ayil okmotu.
Starting in 2001, Gasanov held leadership positions in the Jayil District State Administration, and from 2002, he became the head of the Jayil District Education Department. He dedicated more than forty years of his life to the development of education and the social sphere in his district.
During his work, Alakshukur Gasanov was awarded numerous state and departmental honors, including the badge of "Excellence in Education of the Kyrgyz Republic."
He also received the title of Honorary Citizen of both the Jayil District and the city of Kara-Balta.
