Six issues are included in the agenda:
- The report of the Karakol city administration on social and economic development for 2025.
- The report on the execution of the local budget of Karakol for 2025 and the approval of the revised plan.
- The approval of the local budget for 2026 and the forecast for 2027–2028.
- The distribution of free fund balances at the beginning of 2026 based on the execution of the budget for 2025.
- The approval of the regulations of the Karakol city council in a new edition.
- The allocation of land for the construction of departmental housing for employees of the internal affairs bodies of the Issyk-Kul region.
The first report is presented by the mayor of Karakol, Kanibek Adiev. He provided information on the results of the social and economic development of the city for 2025.
According to him, the total volume of industrial production in the city of Karakol for January–December 2025 amounted to 4 billion 783.2 million soms, which is 667.9 million soms more compared to 2024.
Additionally, during the year, 4 new business entities were opened, providing jobs for 27 residents of the city.
Furthermore, according to the city administration, the execution of tax revenues for 12 months amounted to 101.9%. With a planned forecast of 1 billion 541.7 million soms, actual revenues were 1 billion 571.1 million soms — the plan was exceeded by 29.4 million soms.
It is noted that over 12 months, works worth a total of 4 billion 119.9 million soms were carried out in Karakol due to attracted investments.
