The Narzan rural administration demonstrates impressive achievements in the socio-economic development of the region. About 36,000 citizens live in this area, the majority of whom are women.
Currently, 14 women work in the rural administration, holding responsible positions, including social workers, accountants, secretaries, and other specialists.
Speaking at the event, the head of the rural administration, Iskender Oskombaev, emphasized the importance of women in society and the need to respect them. He recalled the wisdom of ancestors that "a woman rocks the cradle with one hand and the whole world with the other," and added that "beauty will save the world." "You are the guardians of home comfort, caring mothers, and the embodiment of purity and mercy," he noted.
