In the Bishkek city hall, it was announced that the northern side of the bridge on Jibek-Jolu Avenue will partially open on March 10 in the afternoon.
Previously, the width of the bridge was 9 meters, but after the reconstruction, it has been expanded to 13 meters.
Considering the deteriorating weather conditions and to ensure convenience for citizens, only one side of the bridge will be opened, where traffic will be organized. The second side of the bridge is expected to be accessible by the end of March.
Currently, the relevant services continue their work aimed at the final completion of the reconstruction.
