In Bishkek, at secondary school No. 39 named after Bektursun Alymov, a room for rent was discovered after the reconstruction. This information was announced by the city hall.

According to the municipality, the mayor of the city, Aibek Junushaliev, along with the Minister of Construction, Architecture, and Housing and Communal Services, Nurdana Oruntaeva, visited the renovated educational institution. During the visit, they familiarized themselves with the condition of the classrooms, sports hall, and football field.

During the inspection, it became known that there was a room being rented out.

Junushaliev instructed the relevant authorities to examine the legality of the use of this room and, if necessary, terminate the lease.

Secondary school No. 39 named after Bektursun Alymov, located in microdistrict 6, was built in 1971 and occupies an area of 2.047 hectares.

The school is designed for 1,190 students, but for the 2025-2026 academic year, there are 1,648 students enrolled, distributed across 55 classes. Of these, 23 classes are taught in Kyrgyz (617 students), and 32 classes are taught in Russian (1,031 students). The educational process is organized in two shifts.

The educational institution has 61 classrooms, a medical office, two sports halls, a cafeteria for 120 seats, an assembly hall for 80 seats, and a room for a handicraft club.

As part of the reconstruction, a major renovation of the building was carried out, landscaping of the territory was completed, a football field was constructed, and greening was done.
